I have been unable to add a servo to the rover program in flowbotics to control a scoop on the front of it so I am trying to control my robot with the servo sequencer. I have a ps2 controller connected to my computer and have gotten into the ps2 modules and coding but the only servo that works in the index selector is servo 0, And when I select servo 0, the button that I linked it to will move all my servos when it is pressed.
Nicely done Feel free to provide us with feedback about FlowBotics.
hello sorry to resurrect such an old tread but what is the solution for this problem
i try to move the servos with the servo-sequencer utility software
i connected the ssc-32 to the pc and the ps2 controller to the pc and i move all servos simultaneous how do i connect a servo to an ps2 axis
thanks
The Servo Sequencer software is not meant to interface with a PS2 remote. For this, you need to use a project like the one for the AL5 arm, the BRAT, the SQ3 or the MH2.
The SSC-32 Servo Sequencer Utility cannot assume it knows what you want to do.
You can create a new project and use the PS2 module as well as the SSC-32 modules to create your own project which reacts to PS2 input.
Hi,
As Coleman mentioned, the free SSC-32 Sequencer Utility can only be used to move all activated (with check-marks) servos to minimum position (left) or maximum position (right). It does not provide any extra support for this.
If you wish to bind specific axes or buttons to specific servos, you will need to use FlowBotics Studio to modify the SSC-32 Sequencer Utility and add those extra features yourself.
Sincerely,
