Hello, I am having difficulty connecting my SSC-32 to my PC (Win 10). I am using a usb to serial connector. However, the SSC-32 Servo Sequencer Utility.exe doesn’t connect with it. The SSC-32 is not connected to any other micro-controller. The Rx/Tx tabs are in place to allow DB9 usage. And I have a 9V battery connected to VL. Also, the baud rate tabs are also in place to allow max baud 115.2. Any ideas what wrong? I was thinking that I need a driver for the usb to serial adapter cable, but im not sure if I even need one. Any thoughts anyone?? Best Regards, abeauchot.
Update: I figured out the problem. My Prolific USB to Serial adapter drivers need to be rolled back to an earlier version to work with Win 10. I needed driver version 3.2 which can be downloaded from here: http://www.miklor.com/COM/UV_Drivers.php
