For those that are interested, I have taken a couple of pics of the installation. Please forgive the wiring harness, there is a lot of it and very little space to put it.

This image shows the unit active. The SSC is mounted to the right and the Sparkfun BlueSmirf to the left. The red LED indicates an active Bluetooth connection to SEQ.

This image shows a bit more detail of how its connected. The BlueSMirf has six header pins at the bottom, only 4 of which are needed. Two (orange/white) can be seen going to the header to get 5.0V supply and the other two to the TTL serial link on the SSC. I have removed the 9 pin socket to allow the back cover to fit. I intend to replace it eventually with a short fly-lead to allow direct connection if needed. Also in both images you can see the socket hanging on the red/black wires. This is where I can either plug directly into my power supply and run it or charge the battery without having to remove it.
