Ssc-32 and sabertooth 25a - Newb question

First of all, as the title of this post states I am a complete newb so please bare with me. : ) I am trying to hook up my ssc-32 to a sabertooth 25a motor controller which I am sure is an easy task but I have zero electronics experience and trying to get started without frying my new toys. : )

So from what I can tell it should look like “image 5” in the stickied post “SSC-32 Powering Option” lynxmotion.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2401 . The thing that has me confused is it shows connecting the ssc-32 to the motor controller using a 3 pin cable but the sabertooth has only a ground, S1, and S2 terminals. I bought some of these small jumper wires trossenrobotics.com/sparkfun-jumper-wires-premium-f-f.aspx but I am still too uncertain to attempt without some guidance.
From what I can gather I need to hook the #14 and #15 channel on ssc-32 to the S1 and S2 connections on the Sabertooth 25a and I guess both grounds from those channels to the ground on the sabertooth? I am sorry for my utter newbness but I have read the manuals and searched the forum. I found lots of information on using sabertooth motor controllers with the ssc-32 but my question is probably so simple no one has bothered to ask yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep, if using servo cables, black to 0V, yellow to S1 and yellow to S2. Do not connect the red wires. Get a fire extinguisher. Make sure it’s not between you and the doorway… and power it up! lol
