Hi Don,
The free SSC-32 Servo Sequencer Utility is made to be used with a robot that has an SSC-32 board and uses the regular protocol, not the Mini SSC-II Emulation.
If your arm has an SSC-32 board, you will be able to control your arm with the utility, on both 32-bit or 64-bit computers.
