Sputnik no sound device error

Hi

I would like to launch the robot but I received the following error:

can not find any sound device. The pc is with windows 8.1 OS. It is
connected to the router via lan cable. Something is wrong. The pc has all
sound drivers. I control the robot with a laptop on windows 10 but with
this pc I can’t. Could you please help?
