Have you tried Powerpod… You can download it from the software section…
Or look for the thread about beta 2.1 phoenix code, I have code up there for chr-3 robots.

If you are following their tutorials, such as: lynxmotion.com/images/html/build99e.htm It has links to code to download.
I am not sure if I put a straight CHR-3 configuration up for the 2.1 code or not as my round hex is more a 4DOF version. But you can try looking at the different zip files posted up on the thread: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=7658
