Spektrum Dx8 Radio for Hunter VTail 500 QuadCopter (T-Motor

Hello,
I am interested in this
Hunter VTail 500 QuadCopter (T-Motor Combo Kit + MultiWii Flight Controller)
Is this Multiwii board compatible with Spektrum DX8 Radio and does all motors reversed in 3d mode inverted ?

Hi thoitrinh,

The MutiWii board will be compatible with the Spektrum DX8, no problem there.
As for the motors, no they do not reverse for 3D flight. Propellers are made to turn in only one direction not like a real copter with variable pitch.

Some people experience with ESC’s that can do reversing in flight but not sure about a VTail doing that with the asymmetric setup.
