Spektrum DX5e with Lynxmotion Quadrino Nano and T-motor T18A

Hello everyone . I am currently working on building a Lynxmotion V-tail Hunter 500. My motor/ ESC is from T-Motor(T18A). I have a Spektrum DX5e as my controller. When I calibrate each motor seperately with the receiver, it works properly and I can control the motors with the controller. However, when I linked up the four motors with the Quadrino Nano, the motors do not calibrate properly and I have no response. I flashed the original firmware provided by Lynxmotion and I can see that the receiver is communicating with the Quadrino Nano but its not sending a signal to the motors and ESC. If you have any suggestions or possible troubleshooting test I can try or need any more information, please ask me.

Thank You :3

Hi allenchak,

The DX5e will not work with the Quadrino Nano or any MultiWii flight controller as it’s “End Points” are not adjustable.
To have Motor output, you need to be Armed and that also mean the RC signals need to be extended up to about 120% (end points) in the transmitter.

More about the End Points in the manual on P.11 HERE

Thank you for the information. What controller would work for the Quadrino.

You ideally need a remote control with programmable endpoints, since most controllers do not transmit over the full 500 to 2500ms RC pulse range (they were intended for RC vehicles).
