I’m looking for a 12v 40A power supply and found the one in the subject line.
The specs are a little confusing. Is this made for a regular 120v socket? Also, does it come with a plug?

Unfortunately, this power supply wouldn’t work with 120v.
We don’t have any power supply that fits your needs at the moment.

Still, I don’t understand why you stock a 240Vac -> 12Vdc power supply in North America. I mean, it only outputs 500W so a 120V 15A circuit has ample power even for abysmal efficiency.

since www.robotshop.com is also the international website, we need to stock power supplies for other parts of the world, where the input is 220-240Vac

If that’s your excuse, then maybe stock the meanwell 100-240v units which would work everywhere?
Anyway, I’ll just get something from a shop that’s not too far and works.
