SparkFun is having a free stuff day on Jan 7th of next year. They are giving $100.00 credit on all orders submitted on that day. Go check out the actual rules on their home page. You do NOT need to purchase any minimum amount and can in fact just pay the shipping on a $100.00 order to get your stuff. This could be your chance to get stuff you might want but would not normally order for your robot projects.

I fogot all about it. I missed out on a deal of a life time 
I cant tell you how angry I am with my self.
I tried like crazy to open the site, but no luck at all! Argh!!

Yeah, after seeing all the posting telling about the offer, I was doubtful of ever getting in.
Seems it closed (filled up) in something like an hour and a half!

I started trying to get my order in 30 minutes into the Free Day, and got right up to the point of checking out when it ended. I should have had my order all ready to go so I just needed to checkout. Oh well, that’s how life goes sometimes. The SparkFun site was completely slammed, not down, and probably would have ended Free Day much sooner if that were not the case.

I had my order ready to go but never made it past chekout. I tried a lot of times but no joy. Anyway, it was a nice move from the side of SF.
