Yes that is the one

I needed to upgrade to support SLI for 2 graphics card because I am addicted to nice video.

I really like that motherboard, would you rather take yhe other stuff and i get the motherboard?

Im sorry, but the motherboard and the videocard are the main reason, Im interested in this. The wireless router is something I need only if my Brother-in-law takes his router with him (than I dont have internet  )

But what do yuo need the motherboard for?
the reason i need it is because i like that kinda stuff.

I reason I need it is becuase I need a new computer, so I can give this computer to my sister.

Ah,Ok,i guess you need it more than i do,i could just buy i own one anyway,
its just,i would like a motherboard that i could put an AMD processer in :smiling_imp:

Everyone, please note. The motherboard is a 939 socket with DDR ram and AGP video. The video card is also most likely AGP. If you have DDR2 ram or a PCI-Express video card, it won’t work with this mobo or gpu.

$45 for it all is one hell of a deal. I would take it if I had the money.

I dont quite follow what your saying. please explain.

Whats not to follow?

The Abit UL8 motherboard supports Socket 939 which uses DDR ram. The Uli 1689 chipset supports AGP 4x/8x video cards. The latest motherboards use DDR2/DDR3 memory and PCI-Express video cards. Therefore, if you have DDR2/DDR3 memory or a PCI-E video card, then you won’t be able to use thi mobo without buying new hardware. If your current system doesn’t support AGP then you won’t be able to use the video card (If it is an AGP card).

The Abit UL8 motherboard provides the AGP 8x necesary for the 6800GT that is offered in the package. (i used them coupled)

Thanks Robotdude for enlightening those who did not ask

What he is saying is correct.
The newest mobos support DDR2/3 with much higher bus speeds than 400.
Then again I’d be a dumba__s for selling a $150 motherboard that supports PCI express DDR3 550+ for $20 bucks wouldn’t I.

I understand that. But if someone decides to buy either the video card or the motherboard they must be aware of what it uses.

I have two AGP 8X video cards and DDR2 RAM.

I might still be willing to buy the whole lot, my present computer is an AMD sempron 2002 I believe which is a compaq computer. That video card might work with it, anyone know for sure? Robodude666

Two words, Re-Search

Two words, I am

Well, ive looked at the specifications of the motherboard, and it says it supports AMD 64 NX ,AMD 64 FX and AMD 64.

My current computer has a Video Card: Integrated SIS Mirage2 Graphics With Up To 128MB Shared Video Memory

Im not sure if that will work. PM cwkoehler for details.

Is it in an AGP slot (the AGP slots are usually at the top of all the PCI slots.
