Hi, I have a SolarBreezeNX2 that has a solid red light and the front paddle/wheels are no longer moving and has a clicking sound. Is there a way to fix this?
The debris tray also looks to have broken tabs and constantly falls out, are replacement parts available for this?

There is a way to fix this issue, buy replacing broken parts inside (gear, platform, motor).

Yes I did buy it from Robotshop. How would I purchase the replacement parts, is it a single set that I would need?
I’m assuming the debris tray is a straight replacement which is relatively easy.

Hi, i’ve uploaded some photos and taken a video. You can see in the video that it is stuck on the left wheel while trying to move, perhaps its blocked? The gears seem relatively ok.
