I’ve been trying to buy a 3d printer for 2 days now we and can’t get a simple question asked before buying it without having to Frette an account! And even after its created I can’t click on certain subjects and don’t even know which one to send my inquiry too.

Does it come with the firmware already Installed and does the return policy apply or is it considered a “kit”
3rd day and still no information or anyone to talk to. I guess you guys don’t want to sell any 3d printers this week while they’re on sale. I’ll have to go look elsewhere.

You have to understand that this is a Forum not a support center though we do answer customers as fast as we can.

All 3D printers should have firmware already installed and the return policy on kits and other items are shown HERE.
In your tickets, you talk about the Afinibot A9 and this is not a “kit” there is only a few main components to put together by the end user.
One important thing to know about the A9 is the laser software which is only available in Chinese language.
The user manual explain how to use it (in english). Attached to this message the user manual for you to look at.
All of the Afinibot printers are supplied with a SD card which contain the user manuals and other informations.
