Yes, I have already prototyped the isosceles version. The bobcat (offset triangle) version will be easy because it will use the same hardware, just different lexan panels.
Fantastic!
The offset triangle design is what I had in mind. It looks much better also.
Oooooh, I can’t wait!
New job is killing me but…money to spend on my obsession! (happy dance)

I can only hold my breath fro so long!
Jim,
on the webpage you say that the tracks and sprocket dia was 3.75" yet here you posted
so the obvious question is which one is it.
thanks nick
Um… I did the forum post, but I think Beth did the website. It’s 2.75" Fixing…
Picky picky…
Is it too soon to be hoping for retrofit kits (sprockets, tracks, idler panels and such) for the existing 4/6WD chasis? Would be quicker and cheaper for those who’ve already bought kits and want to track em.
any news on when these kits will be availble ? i so need one of these

I don’t think there will ever be a track retrofit for the 4WD rovers. They tracks require idlers and it’s not easy to fit them in to a 4WD rover. I have two kits I am currently working on. I would like to complete them as soon as possible, but I just can not make any promisses as to when they will be available.
