We have bought a used Skystream 3.7 windturbine. There is a wireless communication possible between windturbine and computer by means of the use of Xbee. There is a Xbee in the top of the windturbine with an external antenna. We have the software to read-out the windturbine but not the hardware. So we have to buy a second Xbee wit a base board and starting to configure it. Who in the Netherlands can help us ?

Given the selection of XBee possible, and that not all XBee modules work together, you’ll need to contact the manufacturer to know the model number(s) of the compatible XBee with their system. Knowing this will ensure the one you purchase is compatible.
HOWEVER, since you’re purchasing something which is not from the manfuacturer, you’ll also need to know the configuration so they can communication with each other (baud rate etc.). The manufacturer really is in the best position to ensure you don’t waste your time and money.
In theory all you would then need is a USB to XBee breakout like:
