SKU: RB-Smh-06

Hi I bought the SKU: RB-Smh-06 encoder.
I wire it to my roboclaw motorcontroller and get no feedback.
I have tried other encoder and gotten correct feedback.

If I change my roboclaw settings to “absolute encoder” it does react to me turning the encoder but nothing useful.

I have wired the red wire to 5V, black wire to ground, green and white wires to encdoer ENC1 inputs on the roboclaw.

Which Roboclaw controller are you using?

Also, what is that encoder that is working properly?

Can you post some photos of the actual wiring?
