Six week old Connect 3 breaks down!

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

**My six week old Connect 3 would not rotate after usage. When I went to troubleshoot it had a non blinking blue and yellow light. When it finally started it went in the opposite direction.

Usually blue and yellow lights turned on indicate that 8-hour sleep mode is activated. To exit this mode, press and hold the Cycle button until the yellow light turns off, or, if only the blue light is on (you are not within the 8-hour sleep period), the yellow light will flash to indicate you have exited this mode.

Also, if the robot is stuck in certain position, please perform Hard Reset: Litter-Robot III Open Air - Hard Reset

Thanks so much! I figured it out last night and it was the 8 hr. time out! After further reading of the manual I did the hard reset and went to bed with everything operational as it should be. Thanks again!
