I am interested in the following sensors for a pressure/force sensing application.
Can these be used to detect fluid pressure, like with a jet of fluid directed at the sensor?

It can, if the force that this fluid produces is within the range detection of this sensor.

Hello,
On the same subject, I see that this sensor needs to be plugged into a DAQ unit to operate and it looks like it is 1 sensor to a DAQ.
Is there a way to parallelize them so that I can use 8 sensors without needing 8 different DAQs?

Manufacturer didn’t provide that option.
It seems that you have to use 1 DAQ board per 1 sensor.
