Can anybody help me confirm that the ‘Simple Slider 6 Channel 180° Servo Controller’ will be compatible with my Savox SW-024MG servo’s? My main concern is that the Savox range is 130 degrees and the controller is 180 degrees… will this be a problem?

According to this datasheet, controller should work but it would probably make a problem when you go out of range of 130 degrees. It may damage your servo I think.
It would be best to use this 180 degrees servo controller with 180 degrees servo. There is also a version of this product that is meant for 90 degrees range. Maybe that could work for you if you don’t need complete range of 130 degrees.
