Does the RB-Crb-75 Carbide 3D compact router come with collets? If so which size? What is the diameter of the motor? I want to kn ow if it will fit the Instructable mount for my Spakeoko 2

Yes, it comes with the following:
- Carbide Compact Router
- Collet wrench
- .25 inch factory collet
- 2 sets of replacement brushes
- Precision Collet Set
Mount hole spacing is consistent and compatible between the Shapeoko 1, 2 and 3 so mounts are compatible between the machine designs. However, the router is NOT compatible with the Shapeoko Z-plus 69mm.
