I’m new to tinkering around with electronics and robotics parts - we have been working on making a universal gripper using a balloon and coffee grounds. As an air pump, we just used our vacuum, but it doesn’t work very well. I found your website and your video where you use a SFE 12V Air Pump, robotshop.com/en/sfe-air-pump.html. What power source do you recommend using with this? We are looking for the easiest set up. If we used a wired 12V AA battery case, would that work with this pump? I appreciate any advice/guidance you can give![h1][/h1]

We do not know if this pump will provide enough suction for your setup but regarding the voltage, it’s rated for 12V.
It can be less than that but will provide less suction. A 12V AA should indeed work.
