Hello,
I’m having a bit of an issue with setting up a Wowwee Rovio with a modern computer running Windows 10. I’ve already consulted the Sourceforge webpage (https://sourceforge.net/projects/rovio/) and have attempted the “Ad Hoc” setup as they suggest, but the Rovio network is not showing up when I select “create a new conneciton” on the windows control panel. I can see the Rovio wifi network when I browse available wifi connections, so I know the wifi transmitter is working properly. Any suggestions?
That product was discontinued quite a while ago, so Google’s your best friend there (and up to you if you’re ready to trust the links presented).
If any aspect needs connection to a WowWee server, it’s unlikely to work.

I am aware of that program and have tried it, however, it only seems to function as a controller for Rovio after it has already been configured to my home wifi, it cannot configure Rovio on its own. Once I am able to get Rovio connected to my wifi that program will be a huge help though!
