I’ve been creating a show using VSA but this seems to happen with Trakskull as well. I will be going along and then all of a sudden channel 0 and 1 servos will become unresponsive but the other outputs will still run. Once I power cycle the SSC32U everything goes back to normal, but this issue pops up often and I have to keep restarting the unit.
Happens what seems as random and sometime it will get farther into the recorded show before dropping out.

Hey @Statzbooster,
Welcome to the RobotShop community!
First, a few questions:
- What power source(s) do you use? How are they connected? Include the details and a picture of your board/connections in your reply.
- How many servos? Do you have a link to their specs/model(s)?
- Did you try moving channel 0 & 1’s servos to two other channels and see if that works? Does it react differently? Does it cause the same issue regardless (on those new channels) or does it happen to other servos now?
Please try what is mentioned above and let us know how it goes so we can figure out what is going on.
Sincerely,

Thanks for your reply!
Sorry this is so late. I think the issue is that the length of cable from 32U to servo was too long so it wasn’t getting effective communication.

I’ll assume the issue resolved itself then.
Good luck with your project!
