Who know if ssc-32 is compatibile with robbe digital servo FS 251 T ?

But, in general, most hobby servos will work with the SSC-32.
All of the listed specifications on that page seem to be compatible.

I’m not going to answer your email then. 
The servo should work just fine. I’m not a big fan of the cheap servos. They have their own problems. But, you are only asking if they will work with the SSC-32, not if they are a good servo.
