I have a hitec HS-5645MG and I am using it in a robotics project. I want to connect the splined output gear to a shaft. Is there a standard way to do this or hardware i can buy.
Thank you,
Robert

Well, its doable, but won’t be pretty.
You could start with this Hitec Spline Metal Servo Horn (Tapped)

and connect it to this Aluminum Tubing Connector Hub

Might not be exactly what you are looking for, but should get you started or give you some ideas.
I want to post a picture to show you what i have. Do you know the easiest way to do that?
That will work, I’ve done it before. You have to sand the flanges off the two parts, but it doesn’t look bad at all. I’m designing a part that combines the two into one hub. I have been meaning to do it for a long time anyway. It’s going to take about 6 to 8 weeks before they are in stock though.
Here is info on posting images.
