The servo sequencer not detecting servos connected in port 16 etc … It always detect servo s placed in 1,2,3,4…
Tried checking the checkbox also …But servo not rotating …

Are you using a SSC-32 or SSC-32U board?
If you have power connected to the VS1 input then you will need to ensure the proper placement of the VS1=VS2 jumpers (2 of them) so that power is provided to the servos on channels 16-31.
For the SSC-32, check this image. It is the jumpers at #3.
For the SSC-32U, check the 2nd image (bottom half of the page) in the SSC-32U manual (page 10).
If this does not work, please provide us with one or more pictures clearly showing your board and all of its connections (power, servos, etc.) including all jumpers.

Thanks for update . One more question .
I am powering the SSCU 32U using power adapter as well as connected o USB . All servo s works fine except for Mega servo(HS805BB) . When this is conneced , the SSC 32U board powers off .
Please help me out in This since i am constructing an al5d arm …Requires mega servo … 
I see a Y harness provided wih he mega servo . Is that required ?
