I have Tower Hobbies TS-70 and Futaba S3003 servos. When I program the servos to revolve 45 degrees, the Tower Hobbies servos revolve in one direction and the Futaba servos revolve in other direction. I’m using SSC-32 and Pure BASIC editor/compiler. I expect servos from different companies to revolve in one direction. Why?
The simple answer is different company’s build there servos differently. If I understand, futaba servos will rotate in the same direction as Hitec geven the same command, while Tower servos will go in an opposite direction. Something that is easily fixed either through hacking the servo or through a servo reverser, or code itself.
Futaba servos rotate the opposite to Hitech servos in my experience. I have no knowledge of Tower servos.
