I need a servo motor with maximum 1 degree resolution and a minimum torque of 5kg cm. any suggestions would be appreciated
@hadee02 Welcome to the RobotShop Community. Most normal RC servos accept a pulse range of 500 to 2500 (1500 being centered) and can travel -90 to + 90 degrees. That translates to a theoretical 0.09 degrees per pulse. However the reality is more like a change of around 5 pulses will effect a change in angle due to inefficiencies and static torque. Many servos can provide 5Kg-cm or more, so what angular range do you need, what size and what is your budget etc.? Any other requirements?
