Ok, im wondering if a digital 133oz/in (5625) would be better suited for an elbow than an analog 144oz/in MG/BB futaba?.. one will be the elbow the other will be the wrist… im gonna use 2 144oz futabas for the shoulder and 2 645mg’s for the gripper… i dont have base or wrist rotate servos yet.
Been study different servos for an arm that Im making from plexiglass and wood. In comparison I think that the Hitec is faster and can communicate (digital) and be programmed. Also the Hitec servos stand up to being over-volted better than futaba’s(my experience) at 7.2 volts it should work well and reliably. Like always it all depends on what you want to do contrasted by how much money you want to spend.
