I would like to buy servo motor and connect it to gear pulley to produce linear movement, component that can control the speed of motor and Arduino board to control them. Could you please suggest what servo motors should I buy and what are the additional components I also need?

A “servo” motor is usually able to do about 180deg of rotation only and that’s not ideal for linear movement.
An option could be to use a “Continuous Rotation Servo” which can turn continuously but will not have any position feedback.
