Servo Motor - Semi-Linear Motion Assembly - Help Identify Parts

Hi,

I want to build this exact assembly in the attached image (or adapt it to be used with a gear motor instead) but I’m only able to find this plate, and in the attached image the assembly uses a different plate. Can someone help me find the plate that is in the image?

What additional/different parts would be needed if I wanted to use a gear motor in place of a servo motor?

How are the linkages attached to the beams? It looks as if they’re on a brass riser, but I can’t tell for sure from the image.

Which exactly motor would you like to use? Can you give us a link to it?
