Servo getting hot

hi i have a new servo HS-5765MH getting real warm whithout load .
this servo has reprogrammed range aldo i see no lower degree then 31 .
is this normal ?

What is the voltage you are applying on this servo?

How are you controlling it?

hi am using a voltage regulator step down to 5.94 volts . ezbv4 controller and ARC program .

no thats not the problem . i can use my HS-805BB without any problems .
its just the re-programmed ones thats get hot . here a video of my settings.

If you reprogram it back to a lower range it doesn’t get hot?

Hitec advises that if customer is having a problem with their product, customer should contact Hitec directly for solution.

hi . i allreddy did contact hitec . there answer was they dont warrent outside america .
am in belgium .

That is strange. Do you have a copy of conversation with them?

Did they determine that the product is defective or?

hi no i dont have that conversation anymore . i bouth two from servocity . one burned up in 7 minutes .
servocity did refund me for that . the other ones HS805BB dont have this issue .
