Hi. i have 2 Hitec hs5645mg servos and i was wondering if they work with any specific kinds of servos ?
i dont know much at all about servos and (my plan was to go to mt only local store that sells all kinds of electronic, programming related stuff to ask a bunch of questions but it didnt go well cuz the owner was grumpy and apareantly hates customers that dont know things )
so yeh i was thinking about a control board to control both of the controllers and then adding a buttonboard to it.
Sorry I donāt understand your question: I think you are asking if the HS5645 servos need any specific Servo Controller? The answer is no. They can work with any standard servo controller that outputs the standard RC pulses. The SSC-32 servo controller sold by Lynxmotion works great with them.
However the SSC-32 is setup to only control the servos through commands that it receives over itās serial port. It requires something else to tell it what to do. This could be from a PC or from some other Micro-controller board, such as an Arduino (like the Botboarduino), or Bot Board 2 (with a chip such as the Basic Atom Pro)ā¦
ah i see. i wrote that quite horribly. haha sorry
but you understood my question right. thank you.
i was also thinking if i could use the control board from my old rc car(nikko-ripper) about 1:16 size
it uses a 4,8 volt rechargable battery 620 mah. so i thought āheyā the Hitec motor i have can take either 4,8 volt or 6 volt.
but even though the battery is 4,8 volt i dont know if the control board can handle 4,8 volt or not. so someone told me i could just use the controller with the car and buy a piece to control the volts coming in and going out.though the motor my old rc car uses is tiny tiny.
i heard that the hitechs5645mg needs high current i think ? so im not sure if can use it.
plus i also think my motors need more than 620 mah.
okai so my question now is. do you think i can use the rc car controller to control the hs5645mg with 4,8 or 6 volts, even though the motor it used to control was quite much much smaller(needing less volts) ?
can a person know how much voltage the controller can take just by looking at the voltage of the batteries used ?
because i also have an animatronic thing that uses 4 1,5 volt batteries. so im wovdering if that means the controller inside can handle 6 volts ?
yes i think ill probably end up using 6 volts.
im wondering⦠i figured out the control boards i have 2. one control board was used to power small kp00 motor(rc jeep)
and the other control board controlled 3 kp00 motors(animatronic)
since theyre quite smaller i doubt they handle 6 volts.
and i forgot what the thing is called to fix the voltage. so that the control board can handle the voltage the hs-5645 needs.
tran⦠something. :s do you know the name of it ?
