Hello I replaced my base station and I’m getting an error on step 4 of trying to connect the litter robot to the app. Is there a way for someone to check and see if there is a firmware update for the base station to fix this problem? When I get to step 4 and scan the serial number with the QR scanner it just says “Serial Number Not Available” and it won’t let me continue. Appreciate any kind of help.
I downloaded the AutoPets Connect as well and tried setting up the base station but comes back failed to register serial number is invalid or currently in use.
In this case, you need to wait for their reply since this base is registered to the original owner and they will probably give you another QR code to use the robot with it.
Let us know if they didn’t reply within a week from the last time you contacted them.
