Serial Number Not Available WIFI Setup Error

Hello I replaced my base station and I’m getting an error on step 4 of trying to connect the litter robot to the app. Is there a way for someone to check and see if there is a firmware update for the base station to fix this problem? When I get to step 4 and scan the serial number with the QR scanner it just says “Serial Number Not Available” and it won’t let me continue. Appreciate any kind of help.

This version of connected bases aren’t working on the new App yet (coming soon)

Hello Ebram, I am currently using Litter-Robot app. Is this the incorrect app for this station? If so which app do you recommend using? Thank you

I downloaded the AutoPets Connect as well and tried setting up the base station but comes back failed to register serial number is invalid or currently in use.

Is this base a refurbished one or you have taken it from another user?

Purchased from another user. Contacted litter robot about switching the serial to my account

And what did the manufacturer say about that?

In this case, you need to wait for their reply since this base is registered to the original owner and they will probably give you another QR code to use the robot with it.

Let us know if they didn’t reply within a week from the last time you contacted them.
