It is important to note that the arm does not have any specific components for those you listed below, and it will be up to you to figure out how to mount them and use them.

Unfortunately we do not have any specific torque sensors. You might want to derive a way to use force times distance.

We are nto aware of such a sensor - you can use the gyro above to get velocity using integration.
