Sensor topic?

i think we could really use with a sensor topic, as its a science all its own

and i was wondering if we might see an 8 pressure sensor kit (id really rather buy from a company with your kind of support and interaction)

I second that request! (only because I have such a project I’m working on) :laughing:

Perhaps not a specific thread just for sensors beacase there is a wide range of topics regarding robotics and there just isn’t room on the forum for all of them, however, a thread titled “Projects” or “Lynxmotion Projects” would be a broad enough topic that most of us could use.

Well, here’s a Projects Forum. I really have no idea about the sensor kit. Not to say that it won’t happen, but as of right now I don’t know of any plans to carry such a kit.

I shall third it! :smiley: We need a forum specifically for discussing sensors, their use, how to connect them, code for them, etc.

This is a great forum, but I don’t think it quite suits what we are asking for. The Sensor forum would handle discussions of anything about sensors, their useage, how to connect them, how to handle them with various microcntroller code, etc.

This isn’t really suitable for the Projects Forum since that is more for discussion of full blown projects. Sensors are just one (major) aspect of an autonomous robot that really needs to be broken out separately. :slight_smile:

OK, OK, I didn’t read what was written closely enough. :stuck_out_tongue: I shall try to do better next time. I am just all excited about my new CAD software. :smiley:
