I am seeking a designer/specifier to product plans for us to fabricate from. The project is an animated character who is approx. 48 inches in overall height. The character needs stepper motors and controllers to create the forward reverse action. ie. arm moves up, second arm moves up, right arm has hammer, left has chisel, action is as if he is chiseling or carving a door facing. We require motors to be specified such as;
1.) Input Voltage to the (Gear) Motor
2.) Output Speed desired
3.) Continuous Input Current Available to the Motor
4.) Continuous Output Torque desired.
5.) Peak torque values, and relative duty at Peak torque values
6.) Radial and Axial loading on the Output Shaft
