Scorpion Mini Dual R/C DC Motor Driver

Hi, wondering if someone can shed some light on my situation. I’m creating a tank drive for a robot using the Scorpion Mini Dual R/C DC Motor Driver, and Flysky Fs-i6x Receiver and Transmitter. I have the mixing setup correctly on the Transmitter but I can’t get both motors turning in the same direction.

For mixing, Channel 1 (drive) as the master and Channel 2 (steer) as the slave, pos mix -100. neg mix -100 combined with a second mix, where Channel 2 is the master and Channel 1 the slave with +100 for both pos and neg for the FlySky i6-x transmitter.

As I push the throttle up or down I only get one motor turning at a time. The MIX jumper is connected to ON position???

Hi @ppecch ,

According to this image:

Do you have any LED error condition on the board?

Yes the LED is on

OK, if it does not blink then there is no error. What happens when you remove the jumper for mix mode?

Jumper is soldered on, I would have to cut it to see what happens. Should I attempt it

I thought it was a normal jumper easy to remove. It seems that you would have to unsolder it, but not sure now if it would change anything good. Do you have another receiver/transmitter pair to test with?
