Hello, I have a scooba that has functionned only once. I wonder why it no longer works.
Everything seems to work, there is no problem with the tank and the pump. The water flows. And I use the right cleaning solution
When I turn it on, it moves for 3 feet and stops and emits a noise as if it were caught in a carpet (NAN Tan has NAN)
I am confident that my battery is good.
Could Someone give me more details to diagnose my problem before sending it to repair
Could it be a problem with the program firmware should I upgrade it or simply reset the program? HOW?

First, what is the model # for your Scooba?
When your robot stops, does the power light flash red? Or does the “I’m stuck light” come on? Can you see anything (letters) in the service space?
If the power light is flashing red there is most likely a problem with your robots’ charging system. Did you charge your robot for at least 16 hours before starting a cleaning cycle the first time you used it? You may try resetting your robots’ charging system by removing the battery from the robot, pressing the power button for at least 15 seconds and then reinserting the battery. It would then be a good idea to charge the robot for at least 16 hours.
If you can see any letters or codes we can figure out what the letter means. You may want to verify that both the filter and vacuum port are installed properly in your robot.
If you give us more information we will be able to help you further.
You may try verifying if there is not anything stuck in the caster wheel or one of the drive wheels. Try pushing down on them and see if they come back up.
It is possible that one of the wheel drop switches is defective which causes the robot to think that it is stuck. You may also try cleaning the robot with a can of compressed air to see if it can help.
If this does not solve your problem, we suggest that you contact the store where you bought your robot or the manufacturer (iRobot), in order to receive a replacement robot. Considering that you mentioned that your robot only cleaned once.
