I need it since I would like to give a brief intro about the electrical components used inside the microcontroller and the driver board for my crash course.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not provide the schematic of the driver board, however the parts of it are listed in the following picture:
Where the most important parts are the microcontroller (ATmega328P), the DC/DC converter and the USB to UART chip (CH340).
