SBL1360 no connection anymore

Hello
I have an SBL1360 from RoboteQ bought here on Robotshop probably 6 months ago, I have been using it very little. Unfortunately I can no longer get in contact with it in any way other than turning it on. The computer will not detect it at all through USB. Any ideas on how to get in contact with it again?

It is really unfortunate it does not work, should I ask Robotshop for a reshipment or what do you guys think is the fastest solution?

I found an interesting article about USB-autodetection failure.
It lists a lot of procedures to figure out what’s wrong. ( Windows and hardware related)

Is there any way to force a new firmware onto the board?

Have you already tried contacting Roboteq suppot ([email protected] or Forum(http://www.roboteq.com/techsupport.html)?

I did in fact start a new topic over at roboteqs community, unfortunately nobody has answered me yet, its a week ago i posted it.

You already tried reinstalling the driver on your computer? You tried different USB ports? Or even, to plug it into different computer?

Have in mind that there is a 90 days warranty for Roboteq controllers, but RobotShop can help you to get in contact with manufacturer.
