The rumor mills are hard at work churning out speculation that Sony is going to kill it’s robotics division. The fuel for this fire is an excerpt from Sony’s Q305 fiscal reports that Akihabara News found. The text reads:
New product development for AIBO has already ceased, and production is target

I have never had the opurtunity to use one of these robots, but they have been reviewed on many TV shows and they never seemed to work all that well.

Has anyone used one of these bots and what were your personal feelings on there overall effectiveness?

Has anyone used one of these bots and what were your personal feelings on there overall effectiveness?

I saw Qrio in person last year. I was very impressed. The motors are very quiet and precise, the motions very agile.
