im working on my code and im only editing small parts at a time, sometimes even just one number, so when programming the atom pro is there a way i can just upload the bit iv changed instead of having to loooooaaaaad the whole code again? it takes about 4 mins to load each time. 
Have you gone into the FTDI driver and changed the Latency to 1?
The instructions on doing this has recently been added to the serial port troublshooting guide.
