Does anyone have:
a) Any downloadable update for the Sanbot Nano firmware to upgrade from v1.5.62f.23

or

b) A solution if my Sanbot Nano is stuck at the bootloader screen?

Unfortunately it’s not a robot which RobotShop carries at this time, but have you tried to reach out to the manufacturer directly?
