Hi,
I’m curious as to the size of 24v motor the sabertooth dual 12amp could handle.
I believe I came up with 50watt. I’m asking because I have a bunch of 250w and 350w motors floating
around my home and was wondering if they can be safely used with out killing the Sabertooth.
I know this must be asked a ton but I haven’t found any specifics. Will search in the meantime.

Since the wattage of a DC motor is based on the voltage x current formula your motor will need around 20.8A (for the 250 W) and 29.2A (for the 350 W) that is if you use them at the nominal 12 V specification.
250W/12 V = 20.8A and 350 W/12 V = 29.2A.
This means that the motor driver you are looking at is not the right one to pick since it can handle a maximum of 12A per channel.
Another important thing to know is if these Watt specifications are at peak power or at a stall.
