Sabertooth dual 12A motor driver brown out

Greeting, I’m using the Sabertooth 2x12 R/C for a twin screw work boat and when spooled up the throttle it browns out,red led flashes.

This is my set up.
2) Globact R/C 550 12T brushed motors
Speed, 22500 RPM
V, 6V, 8.4
HP, 137 Watts
Spektrum 6i tx, AR400, rx
Two 6v, sla, Battery’s, in series

The rx lights up when switch on, does it a separate battery?

This is my set up,as l said early (battery in series) was wrong, is’t parallel, 6v double mAh.
This is a 44" Lobster hull , the props rotate opposite.
