Sabertooth 2x5 RC dip switches

I just got a tri-track chassis combo that comes with a Sabertooth 2x5 RC and a Spektrum receiver.

The Sabertooth board has a cover over the dip switches that does not look like it is removable (I tried and couldn’t remove it.) So the dip switches are all sealed in one direction.

Is this cover removable? Or with the tri-track combo is the correct setup to have all of the dip switches fixed in the same position?

Hi chrisr,

The cover is a very small kapton tape used in the assembly process to prevent anything from falling into the switches.
It should be easy to remove if you lift it from one corner, or you can leave it there and pierce it with your tweeters to move the switches.

It’s very important to set them for your particular setup otherwise it will not work.
