Sabertooth 2x32 Serial Port Problem

Hello All:

I’m trying to connect my Sabertooth 2x32 to my computer using Serial Port cable to USB port. It doesn’t allow connection and brings up a window with this message: “No serial port or compatible USB devices are connected.” Any suggestion on what to do?

Is that a brand new USB to RS232 cable or you have used it before?

If it is a new one, there could be an issue with the drivers.

I’m using an old cable - I’ll try with a new one.

I used to have a lot of issues with these USB to RS232 cables.

Lot of times, I was struggling to find correct driver for it.

Also, you never know if you need to invert pin number 2 and 3.
