Sabertooth 2x32 not connecting to PC

hello,

I am trying to alter some of the info using Describe for the sabertooth and i’m getting a “nothing connected, no compatible USB device found” when I try to connect to the device.

the sabertooth 2x32 usb is plugged into my laptop - red and green light flash like they are supposed to
i run describe
attempt to connect
nada

any thoughts?

Have you adjusted the DIP switches for USB mode?

got it figured out, appears I had two bad USB cables. - or at least two that cant process data. anyhow it works great now. third times a charm!
